  • If a customer still want to continue ordering from us in the near future and want to enjoy our incredible good deal, then we advise and suggest him/her please do not ask any replacement from us.
    
     

  • Our regular customers all know and understand our merchandise Quality/Prices ratio Plus free shipping is a One-Stop place to buy great products with incredible lowest price which cannot find elsewhere on the internet, lastly and not least is that they do not need pay shipping, instead we pay for shipping for all our customers. Our regular customers in a rare case did accept something that is not 100% perfect since they understand what we paid for them and they do not ask replacement from us.
    
     

  • However, a customer has a right to return the merchandise to a seller in order to get a replacement. A seller also has every right to receive the merchandise back before sending a replacement.
    
     

  • Customer should return the merchandise to us by Air Mail before we send the replacement items. For returned titles, customers are responsible for Air Mail shipping charges. Since we offer free shipping for all order, then for replacement items shipment, to be fare and square, it is time for customer pay for the shipping (Stamp fee) in order for us to buy enough stamp fee and ship replacement items to customer by air mail. We charge customer 3 USD air mail shipping fee Per replacement item,
    
     

  • After a customer return the merchandise to a seller and pay 3 USD air mail shipping fee Per replacement item, then we will ship the replacement item as they select as soon as possible. While other sellers charge you two times shipping fee for your order and and for replacement item shipping, however we Only charge for replacement shipping of 3 USD per item because we pay to ship your order by air mail already.
    
     

  • This is the same normal principle as you buy from any of your local store, if you want a replacement, you have to return the products to the store before the seller give you a replacement. No seller will grant customer a replacement without receiving the merchandise back.
    
     

  • It is always a customer own choice to order from which seller, if you order from us means you accept our return and replacement police as we state everything clearly, a customer has its own option to stop ordering from any seller and has its own decision to continue order from which seller, it is completely a customer choiceness.
